Satinder Gill, MD
Dr. Gill is board certified in gastroenterology. Dr. Gill has been recognized multiple times as one of America's Top Physicians in Gastroenterology by the Consumer Research Council. He has also received a Patient's Choice Award. He has served as Chairman of the Division of Gastroenterology at INOVA Loudoun Hospital and Vice Chairman of the Department of Medicine. He has also served on committees for the American College of Gastroenterology.
Dr. Gill received his gastroenterology training from the Medical College of Virginia/VCU Health Systems. He received medical training from him at Harbor Hospital/University of Maryland. He was also selected to be a Chief Resident in Internal Medicine. As an undergraduate at the University of Virginia, he also had the honor of being a turf resident at the original Thomas Jefferson Academic Village.
Dr. Gill has numerous research publications in scientific journals in gastroenterology, molecular biology/cancer research, and internal medicine. He has served as a consultant and on advisory boards for hospital systems, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the pharmaceutical industry. He is married with two small children and enjoys time with his family.
Hiwot Desta, M.D.
Dr. Desta is board certified in gastroenterology. Dr. Desta has had numerous scientific publications in chemistry, surgical oncology, and cardiology. She serves as the Medical Director of Loudoun Endoscopy Group, LLC, where she oversees clinical excellence in endoscopy.
Dr. Desta received her gastroenterology training from The Ohio State University Medical Center. She received her medical training at the University of Virginia Medical School, where she received an Academic Advancement Scholarship.
As an undergraduate at Sweet Briar College, Dr. Desta received the James Lewis Howe Award in Chemistry. She also graduated with honors and was recognized multiple times on the Dean's List. She has also served as an assistant editor for multiple scientific journals.
Dr. Rahul Kataria
Rahul Kataria, M.D. He is board certified in gastroenterology. Dr. Kataria has published multiple research publications in peer-reviewed gastroenterology journals focusing on conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, Barrett's esophagus, and pelvic floor disorders, as well as nutritional treatments for gastrointestinal conditions.
Dr. Kataria received his gastroenterology training at Temple University Hospital, where he spent an additional year specializing in gastrointestinal motility diseases. He completed his medical residency at Jackson Memorial / University of Miami Hospital and medical school at Temple University School of Medicine. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in biomedical engineering.
His areas of interest include esophageal diseases, including eosinophilic esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease and Barrett's esophagus, celiac disease, nutrition, hemorrhoids, and pelvic floor disorders.
Hani Sabbahi, MD
Dr. Sabahi is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist. After earning his medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology, he completed residency in Internal Medicine and a Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of South Alabama.
He was appointed Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology at the University of South Alabama, where he taught and supervised physicians-in-training.
Dr. Sabahi is the author of several abstracts and journal articles in the field of clinical gastroenterology, and has presented at meetings of national gastrointestinal societies. He has been a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Before moving to Loudoun, Dr. Sabahi practiced in the Fairfax and Reston area.
His clinical areas of interest include inflammatory bowel diseases, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), anorectal conditions including hemorrhoid management, and colon cancer screening.
Driven by his dedication to patient care, Dr. Sabahi is delighted to continue serving the Loudoun community. With his extensive experience and knowledge in gastroenterology, he is deeply committed to providing exceptional care and helping patients achieve their health goals.
Colleen Nappi, CFNP
Colleen grew up in Northern Virginia. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 1988 with a degree in Institutional Management. She continued her nursing studies at Georgetown University. After 20 years as an operating room nurse, she earned her MSN with a focus in family medicine from Shenandoah University. She is AANP board certified to treat patients throughout her life. She has worked in both the Primary Care and ENT settings before joining the Colon, Stomach and Liver Center in 2014. She enjoys all aspects of providing care to patients in the GI/Hepatology setting. She resides on a farm in the Shenandoah Valley where she enjoys free time with her family, including 6 children and various animals. She is a member of the VCNP, where she serves as the regional officer planning educational events for the North Shenandoah Valley Chapter.
Por Lissa Kone, Pennsylvania – C
N. lissa PA graduated from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education in New York. Prior to joining our practice in 2018, Lissa worked in primary care, geriatrics, and urgent care. In her free time, Lissa likes to be active and spend time with her family. She speaks fluent French.
Linda Delacourt, MD
Dr. Delacourt received her bachelor's degree from Georgetown University in 1996 with a minor in psychology and a minor in biology. She received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2000, before moving to Chicago to complete her anesthesiology residency at the University of Chicago.
She worked for 4 years in Jacksonville Beach, Florida at a community hospital and came to Virginia in 2009 to join our practice as Chief of Anesthesia. She likes to travel with her husband and her teenage children, and she is an avid reader.
Renny Griffith, MD
Dr. Griffith is a board certified anesthesiologist. He was the founder and owner of Safe Sedation, Inc (1999), which was an outpatient anesthesia company that was acquired by North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) in 2018. Dr. Griffith currently serves as a clinical physician and business consultant at the field of ambulatory anesthesia.
Dr. Griffith completed his anesthesia residency at New York Hospital – Cornell Medical Center. He attended medical school at Temple University School of Medicine and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Griffith is also a fellow-trained pediatric anesthesiologist. He specializes in ambulatory anesthesia with an emphasis on regional anesthesia. He is married and has three children.
Grace "Lee" Dorsch, MD
Lee is the owner of Office Anesthesia Services, LLC and has been practicing anesthesia for 28 years. She has been practicing solely in-office anesthesia since 2009.
She was co-chair of the Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia Office Anesthesia Committee from 2020 to 2022. She and her husband of almost 34 years live in Northern Virginia. They have 5 children.
Dr. Soheila Yadrandji
Dr. Yadrandji is a diplomat of the American Board of Pathology in both clinical and surgical pathology. She serves as the medical director of the On Point Pathology Laboratory at Loudoun Endoscopy Group LLC. Dr. Yadrandji received her combined AP/CP training from Wayne State University Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. She has over 20 years of experience in pathology and has served as an assistant professor prescribing medical students and interns. She is also the recipient of the Virginia Medical Society Foundation Salute to Service Award and has numerous scientific publications in which she has appeared both nationally and internationally.

Gerry Alcantara, CRNA, MS
Gerry graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1989. He worked as an intensive care nurse at Beth Israel Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. In 1997, he received his Master of Science in Anesthesia from Columbia University in New York. He moved to Northern Virginia, where he began his career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
He is a proud father of three wonderful children and an avid traveler. He finds solace and adventure in the outdoors, particularly through hiking.

Brooke Keenan RDN, LD
Brooke is a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in MD, DC and DE. Brooke helps people with GI disorders achieve their health goals through sustainable changes that work with their lifestyles. Completed Monash University "Low FODMAP Diet for IBS" online training course for Healthcare Professionals in November 2020. Works with Gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, including but not limited to IBS, Constipation, GERD , IBD, celiac disease, diverticulitis, Allergies and food intolerances.
Brooke is passionate about nutrition and helping her clients achieve their nutrition goals in a healthy and balanced way. She strives to help people establish their best version of health and wellness using a practical and positive approach. Brooke wants to help her clients understand her diagnosis while maintaining and fostering a healthy relationship with food.
When Brooke isn't talking about nutrition, she's busy with her husband, two kids, and two adorable dogs.
